Craig is a great low maintenance kind of guy l'd say...and he treated us honestly and fairly and was very hard working plus his rates were more than in line for the lawn aeration and fertilizing job he helped us out with. Will hire him again and recommend giving him a try!

Aeration removes small plugs of soil to reduce compaction, improve water absorption, and help roots grow deeper. It’s one of the best ways to revive a struggling lawn.

The best times are spring and fall, when grass is actively growing, and the soil is moist enough for seeds to take root.

You’ll start to see new grass sprouting in about 10-21 days, depending on soil conditions and watering. Full results may take a few months.

We use custom-blended fertilizers that provide the right nutrients based on your lawn’s needs.

Common signs include:
⦁ Brown patches or thinning grass
⦁ Chewed-up roots (a sign of grubs)
⦁ Fungus growth or powdery spots
⦁ Areas of grass that lift up easily (a sign of pests below)
If you're unsure, we offer lawn assessments to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.

For best results, water deeply and infrequently—about 1 to 1.5 inches per week, including rainfall. Early morning is the best time to water.

We focus on lawn rejuvenation services like aeration and overseeding. However, we’re happy to discuss your lawn maintenance needs or can recommend trusted local mowing services if needed.

For best results:
Mow your lawn before aeration or overseeding.
Clear away debris like leaves or large sticks.
Water your lawn lightly before aeration if the soil is very dry.
